Since reopening, China's economic recovery has been faster than expected. Against the backdrop of a slowing global economy, China's growth this year is expected to once again support the backbone of the world economy. However, China's economy still faces a series of challenges this year. Externally, the rise of economic nationalism and escalating geopolitical tensions have increased concerns about globalization and decoupling. Internally, the effects and direction of recent party-led reforms are still fraught with uncertainty.

At this TEDA Executive Breakfast Briefing on April 14 (Friday), Dr. Robert Xiao from the Economist Intelligence Unit will conduct an in-depth analysis and interpretation of the current situation and future development trends of these issues.
