➢ Actively committed and participated in social responsibilities such as representative of the 17th National People's Congress of Heping District Tianjin, Executive Vice President of Tianjin Office Building Economy Association, Director of Tianjin Youth Entrepreneurs Association, and member of The American Chamber of Commerce People's Republic of China;
Joined The Executive Centre as City Head to run, managing branch office since 2012 until now, and is responsible for expanding new projects across China since 2020;

William is the department head of Logistics & Industrial service of North China, and head of Office Leasing Advisor service of Tianjin. He has over 15 years’ experience in real estate industry, especially in logistics and manufacturing property sector.
In the past 12 years, he helped many global companies to establish new plants, logistics centers and R&D centers in North China, including some large industrial projects of Tianjin, for example BP Nangang Plant, VW Distribution Center and Hilding Andres TEDA Plant. He has also worked with some US companies including Walmart, Alexandria and NCR.
Before worked for JLL in Tianjin, William has also worked in Shanghai and Singapore.
