With the rapid development of domestic artificial intelligence (AI) technology, oil and gas AI has become the core driving force for the digital transformation of the energy industry. To deepen the innovative application of artificial intelligence technology throughout the entire chain of oil and gas exploration, development, production and management, and accelerate the intelligent upgrading and high-quality development of the industry, China University of Petroleum (Beijing), the Exploration and Development Artificial Intelligence Technology Research and Development Center of China National Petroleum Corporation, the Key Laboratory of Digital Intelligence Technology for Exploration and Development of Sinopec, the National Key Laboratory of Oil and Gas Resources and Engineering, and the Industry-University-Research Innovation Alliance of Oil and Gas Artificial Intelligence jointly held the "4th China Oil and Gas Artificial Intelligence Conference 2025" in Beijing on August 1 & 2. It aims to bring together the top forces from academia, industry and the technical service sector to jointly explore cutting-edge technologies, share practical achievements and look forward to future trends.
