As one of the three most influential foreign affairs organizations in China, the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) welcomed its new president, Lin Songtian, on April 9, 2020. To help Chairman's Circle members and Policy+ subscribing companies strengthen their relationship with CPAFFC and get to know the new president, AmCham China and CPAFFC are co-hosting a senior executive roundtable on Friday, May 8, 2020, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM via Microsoft Teams. Companies are encouraged to make remarks and participate in a discussion related to US-China trade relations and companies' future plans in China.
If interested, each company is recommended to register its China head (i.e., c-level or similar senior representative) to speak for five to eight minutes on behalf of the company, along with up to three additional representatives who can listen in to the conversation. Due to registration limitations, participants will be approved on a first-come-first-serve basis, for a maximum of 10 companies. Seniority of the registered representatives will also be taken into account.

- Chinese and English bio of your company's China head who will be speaking at the event;
- Introduction about your company in Chinese;
- Recent contributions to China including but not limited to major China investment projects and social impact highlights in Chinese.
