As a continuation of the 1st Advisory Committee on Meat and Food Safety Cooperation Meeting in May 2019 in Shanghai, the 2019 US-China Meat Industry Executive Roundtable is co-organized by AFP and CMA and supported by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) to provide a platform for US and China industry leaders for deeper discussion and exchanging ideas on identifying, addressing and removing market access barriers along the whole supply chain. The objective of this Roundtable is to identify areas of collaboration and provide guidance to future AFP/CMA workshops to influence industry-wide standards and facilitate improvements in the whole supply chain.
