As a team leader, you need to be able to motivate your team members to overcome their concerns and respond to the new challenges they face.

This training series will teach participants how to influence the perspective of their team members, and show them how they can turn the challenges they face into opportunities to continue to build their capabilities and achievements. In particular, you'll learn:

• How to maintain the positive attitude of your team members towards their job situation
• How to get your team members to focus on what they have, not don't have
• 3 simple coaching techniques to help others stay positive and active when facing difficult situations

Online Training Series #3: How To Bring Out The Best In Your Team Members

Date: May 28th (Thursday)

Time: 14:00-16:00 p.m.

Most leaders develop their business leadership skills first. As a manager responsible for clear team objectives, they make sure that their team members meet their KPIs and targets. But in a maturing or more difficult market environment, your team leadership skills and ability to get your team members to support new projects, objectives and initiatives in the company becomes increasingly important.

This training series will teach participants how to maximize the talent and efforts of your team members to help them make greater contributions to the company and build their future success. In particular, you'll learn how to:

• Identify opportunities for your team members to show their value and their ability to impact situations
• Help your team members to overcome obstacles when facing difficult challenges
• Apply a simple 3 Step Approach to guide and encourage others when taking on new assignments
