Dr. Tan Sri Rebecca Sta. Maria, former Secretary-General of Malaysia's Ministry of International Trade and Industry and former Executive Director of APEC, and Barbara Weisel, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and former Assistant US Trade Representative, will share their perspectives on the implications for the region and how governments and businesses should respond.
