In 2025, multinational corporations (MNCs) in China face a new reality shaped by intense domestic pressures and evolving global forces, rendering traditional approaches insufficient.


To help MNCs navigate these challenges, AmCham China will be hosting an online seminar themed "Involution, Innovation, and New Imperatives: Outlook for MNCs in China in H2 2025 and Beyond".     YU Jiang, Richard joined Henkel Adhesives business unit in 1999. He worked across multiple industrial sectors such as Automotive, Aviation, Electronic, Machinery & Equipment, Metal, etc. with Henkel adhesives and chemicals applications. He had been responsible for Marketing and Business management in China and Asia Pacific Region for years until the end of 2014, he assumed responsibility for the company's governmental relations and public affairs, establishing strong cooperative relationships with external stakeholders, participating in projects of investment and integration, and contributing to industry development reports.
    He is currently the President of the Foreign Investment Enterprise Association of Yangpu District, Shanghai, and Advisor to Guangdong Investment Promotion Association.

    YU holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering from South China University of Technology.
