在全球经济一体化的浪潮中,企业出海已成为趋势。然而企业需要面对文化差异、市场竞争、法律法规等一系列挑战,如何制定有效的出海策略并顺利实现本地化运营,成为企业成功出海的关键。12月18日,中国美国商会MAP工作组将邀请来自LinkedIn、UPS、Edelman的行业专家,为会员解析出海前期策略与本地化执行解决方案,聚焦企业出海过程中面临的痛点和挑战,围绕雇主品牌建设、人才招聘策略、跨境贸易变化、供应链规划、员工沟通和海外公共舆论等主题展开探讨,分享前沿理念和落地实践,帮助企业在出海过程中少走弯路,提升海外运营效率,增强市场竞争力。


In the wave of global economic integration, businesses going global has become a trend. However, enterprises face a series of challenges such as cultural differences, market competition, and legal regulations. How to develop effective strategies for going global and successfully achieve localized operations has become the key to the success of entering new markets. On December 18th, AmCham China MAP Committee invites industry experts from LinkedIn, UPS, and Edelman to discuss early-stage strategies for going global and localized execution solutions for members. The discussion will focus on the pain points and challenges that enterprises face during the process of going global, covering topics such as employer brand building, talent recruitment strategies, changes in cross-border trade, supply chain planning, employee communication, and overseas public opinion. By sharing insights and practical implementations, the event aims to help enterprises develop overseas markets, enhance operational efficiency abroad, and strengthen market competitiveness.

    Peter is an experienced communications professional with 15 years of experience in Corporate Reputation Management. Currently, Peter leads Edelman Corporate Reputation team in Beijing, specializing in advanced communication counselling areas such as ESG, Sustainability, Employee Experience and Crisis Management. He also co-chairs the Marketing, Advertising and PR Committee of AmCham China.
    Peter possesses rich experience in both practical and theoretical aspects of crisis and reputation management. He has collaborated with renowned companies such as HP, Volkswagen, Volvo Group, Mars, Shell, JIC, and CIC, offering his expertise in reputation management. Peter has contributed to Edelman China's Trust Barometer research and has authored reputation management columns for PR Magazine. Additionally, he has published six books on communication, including "Difficult Conversation" and has conducted workshops for senior executives from various large domestic and international companies. His exceptional knowledge and influence have earned him certification as an expert in ESG Communication and Crisis Management of Brand & Business.
    Peter joined Edelman in 2013 after working at Ogilvy PR Group from 2010, where he served Intel in technology leadership and analyst relations. Prior to his PR career, Peter supported the communication of CITIC's new energy business.
    Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from the Literary and Journalism Communication School of Central University for Nationalities of China.
