Therefore, it's essential for managers to acquire financial knowledge. This course offers a systematic introduction to fundamental financial knowledge and analytical acumen skills in an accessible manner, with a focus on cost analysis and budget management, and enhanced with AI tools to simplify learning and boost practical efficiency.
