Nina is in the Corporate tax Group and has been involved in various tax restructuring, tax planning, health check, tax and business advisory, due diligence exercises, tax management services, deal advisory and negotiation assignments for foreign companies with PRC operations and domestic companies.
She has served a wide spectrum of MNC clients, including consumer and industrial products manufacturers (e.g. producers of electronic products, pharmaceuticals, medical device, automotive vehicles, tires, beers, spirits, agricultural products, chemicals, tools, steels, etc.), high-tech companies, retail companies, financial institutions, transportation/logistics companies, entertainment/media companies, education service providers, advertising companies.

Nicole Wang is a manager of PwC Global Mobility and Individual Income Tax Services. She has 10+ years of professional experience in global mobility and individual income tax advisory.
Nicole has worked on a large number of PRC individual income tax projects and provided compliance and consulting services on cross-border taxation, drafting company policy and employment terms, remuneration package structuring, tax equalization, tax health check and etc.
Nicole holds a master degree in finance and investment. She also has qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is an Enrolled Agent (EA) empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. She has extensive working experience in both mainland China and HK.

Crystal Du is manager of PwC Dalian assurance services. She was graduated from University of International Business and Economics with a bachelor degree of Accounting (ACCA) major. She joined PwC in year 2012 after her graduation.
Crystal is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), and has passed all examinations of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is familiar with PRC, Hong Kong and international accounting standards。
She has rich audit experience in manufacturing industry, information technology industry, construction industry and etc. She was also involved in several IPO projects and has successfully provided audit services to several state owned enterprises, listed companies and multinational corporations.
