Present to Influence is a high-impact communication and presentation training program. Presentations are everywhere: daily meetings, 1:1 conversations, sales pitches, formal speeches, and more! The purpose of this program is to equip you to communicate more clearly, persuasively, and confidently in all of these situations.

This successful, global program was created by Mike and Michelle Gropp, the Founders and Master Trainers at Lead with Words. It has been helping thousands of professionals in China and around the world since 2015, and it can help you!

Target Audience

Anyone who wants to communicate more clearly and persuasively, regardless of presentation experience, function, or level in the organization.

Course Objectives

Prepare: Think through the purpose, audience, and context of your presentation

Create: Structure your ideas using 10 key elements so your content is clear and persuasive

Deliver: Deliver your structured content using effective body language, voice, and eye contact

You will receive a toolkit that guides you through each section step-by-step to save you time developing future presentations.

Course Content

You will learn an easy 3-step framework (Prepare, Create, Deliver) that emphasizes content that is purposeful, clear, and customized to stakeholders, and effective delivery.

Over the two days, you will work on a real presentation topic you have coming up in your daily work. First, you will create your content. Then, you will deliver that content part-by-part via 5 filmed presentations on your own cell phone.

Results include increased confidence, less stress and wasted time preparing, and more productive meetings and action from stakeholders.

If you cannot attend a training for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than five business days prior to the training.
