In the morning of October 16, 2022, President Xi Jinping delivered a report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, laying out China's development for the next five years and beyond. At the same time, as we approach the start of the fourth year of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chinese government is continuously refining its pandemic control policies in an attempt to accelerate economic recovery, restore normal production and social order, and promote the construction of the domestic-international dual-circulation economic system. We are honored to invite Professor Xu Zhengzhong from the Central Party School to talk about China's high-quality development of foreign investment, the evolution of pandemic control policies and, most importantly, to give his economic development outlook for 2023.
