Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), enacted 1977 and since amended by Congress and construed by the courts, is a US criminal and civil statute that prohibits bribery of foreign government officials to obtain or retain business. Anti-corruption compliance is an increasing area of focus for American entities around the world, driven in large part by increased global enforcement by authorities. Today, FCPA is one of the most widely enforced anti-corruption law. No matter what your job responsibilities are, all employees working at American organizations should know the types of activities that are prohibited under the FCPA and local anti-corruption laws and understand how to prevent violations.

Mr. Kenneth Zhou, Partner from WilmerHale and Mr. Lester Ross, Partner-in-Charge from WilmerHale will explain the important principles of U.S. FCPA and local anti-corruption laws. The training is intended to help employees understand the importance of FCPA and local anti-corruption compliance and recognize and respond appropriately to "red flags".
