    As Managing Director of JLL in North China and Beijing since 2009, Julien leads a team of over 500 professionals in the north region, setting the direction and driving growth strategies for the firm’s operations. North China region is one of the largest hub in JLL China and provide full range of services from leasing to management, consultancy to valuation. The full real estate services are extended to 4 major offices and also reaching over 10 cities in North China for customized real estate solutions. He currently also serves on the firm’s Greater China leadership committee.

    Julien commits to providing Chinese corporations, developers and investors with integrated consultancy and strategic advisory solutions designed to meet their increasingly sophisticated needs in China and going outside China. He also leverages JLL’s global platform to assist Chinese firms who are undergoing rapid international growth with business location advisory, property purchase, investment and expansion strategy advisory so as to facilitate the navigation of complex overseas markets.

    With more than 21 years’ tenure in China, Australia and United States, Julien has extensive commercial real estate experience in consulting, leasing and investment. He represents clients in a broad range of occupancy solutions including relocation and expansion projects, dispositions and consolidations, specialized facilities, headquarters and campus developments, sales and flexible office rollouts, lease assignments, and portfolio planning strategies. She has extensive experiences covering wide spectrum of industries, including consumer goods, manufacturing, telecom, transportation, and etc.

    Rong holds an MBA in finance & accounting from Emory University in US and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Renmin University of China.
