近10年中国战略劳动关系热点趋势分享及解析



变幻莫测的国际形势带来的外资决策变化,国内营商环境的持续下行,屡见不鲜的裁员补偿水平新闻,只增不减并且愈发严峻的劳动争议案件量……亲历者对于过去五年,有着纷繁复杂的体感,甚至一声叹息。


中国美国商会人力资源工作组诚邀会员公司人力资源负责人参与本次早餐会,共同聚焦探讨近10年中国战略劳动关系热点趋势,来自赉擘斯战略劳动关系管理研究院的专家,将对近五年、共计八十余个赉擘斯亲历的规模性调整项目,与上一个五年所经历的项目数据作对比,进行数据分析,希望借此机会分享最新洞察和发现。


The CHRO Roundtable is one of AmCham China HR Committee's key strategies to provide an open peer-to-peer platform for senior HR professionals of MNCs operating in China, to exchange ideas and share best practices for benchmarking in critical HR topics.


This time, our discussion will focus on Hot Trends in Strategic Labor Relations in China over the Past Decade.


The unpredictable international landscape has influenced foreign investment decisions, while the domestic business environment continues to decline. News of layoff compensation levels is common, and labor disputes have only increased in number and severity. For those within the industry, the last five years have been marked by a complex array of challenges, often met with a sigh.


At this CHRO breakfast meeting, experts from LABOURS Strategic Labor Relations Management Research Institute will analyze data from over 80 large-scale restructuring projects conducted in the past five years, comparing them with projects from the previous five-year period. Through this analysis, they aim to share the latest insights and discoveries with fellow industry professionals.

    加入赉擘斯后,刘小玲女士先后参与并引领了知名医药、软件、快销、能源、咨询等企业的战略变革和规模性人员调整项目。刘小玲女士具备极强的项目管控能力,多年的外企管理者从业经验让她具有直接与外国决策者沟通的能力,以及对不同行业快速且深度的洞察能力。
