On July 3, 2024, the AmCham China Chinese Government Affairs Committee (CGAC) will co-host a Roundtable with the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) Investment Promotion Agency (National Center for Complaints of Foreign-Invested Enterprises) .This event will focus on safeguarding the rights and interests of foreign investors. Through face-to-face discussions with foreign-invested enterprises, our goal is to delve into key concerns regarding investment protection and gain insights into the challenges faced by these enterprises.
