Join us on March 21 for an enlightening event where we will explore how to support your employees' mental health and navigate the complex challenges of labor relations in relation to mental well-being!

In today's fast-paced workplace environment, the intersection of labor relations and employee wellness is more crucial than ever. With intense competition prevailing across industries, both enterprises and employees often find themselves trapped in a culture of overwork. Unfortunately, this relentless pressure can have detrimental effects on mental health, leading to various issues ranging from mild distress to severe illness. In response to these pressing concerns, HR and ER professionals are tasked with the responsibility of recalibrating labor relations to accommodate the diverse mental health needs of employees, all while staying aligned with the company's overarching development goals. Resolving labor-related issues and disputes within this framework presents a significant challenge.

The AmCham China HR Committee is pleased to invite experts from United Family Hospital and LABOURS to share their insights through practical case analyses, shedding light on the management of mental health and unique challenges associated with employees experiencing mental health issues.
