Event Details

In recent weeks, COVID-19 outbreaks have been continuing to spread across the country. According to a new Flash Survey from the American Chamber of Commerce in China, all 121 company respondents to the survey said they had been negatively impacted by China's policies concerning the recent outbreak, citing a range of factors. Following Shanghai's COVID restrictions, most of Beijing have also started working from home or other restrictive policies. For managers, especially for Human Resources managers, remote work and flexible work brings various challenges, but also holds potentials for new opportunities. The same goes to company employees.

AmCham China's Human Resource Committee and Young Professionals Committee jointly brings you a webinar with Korn Ferry's senior partner Charles Shao, co-founder and partner at Next Level Communication and Cadence Translate Jonathan Rechtman, ExxonMobil NAP Regional SSH&E Field Advisor Scott Chen and HR director of Microsoft ARD Ellen Wu. Connie Feng, Vice President of Public and Government Affairs of ExxonMobil China will moderate this event in Chinese.
