    As Market Development Manager, Jolie’s responsibility include market development, applications & products innovation and digital transformation for ExxonMobil polypropylene and polyolefin plastomers and elastomers business. Jolie is a postgraduate of Shanghai Jiaotong University where she earned a Master of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering. She joined ExxonMobil in 2005 and has held various Sales, Technology, Planning and Marketing assignments in Shanghai, Singapore and Houston. Jolie has assumed Shanghai Technology Center WIN leader since Aug 2020.
