On Dec 22, we invite you to participate in a discussion with Olive Liu, Chair of AmCham China Northeast Chapter and Rachel Ding from AmCham China GA&P Team.We will deliberate on the Northeast Chapter's content for the 2026 White Paper, and we welcome volunteers to join the drafting team.

Why Participate?

The White Paper is AmCham China's annual assessment of policy progress and a key platform for engagement with Chinese and U.S. governments. Northeast Chapter has delivered it to the Liaoning Provincial Government for 2 consecutive years.


Drafted by members, it conveys collective insights on China's business environment and sets our official stance on priority issues. Contributors help ensure their industry's voice reaches policymakers.
