China officially passed the Anti-Foreign Sanction Law on June 10, 2021 during the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress. The new law provides a legal basis for China to be against foreign sanctions, identifies the objects and measures to counter. With immediate implementation of the law, some companies may have concerns about the compliance risks on their business operations. AmCham China would like to host a discussion with Hua Li, the Partner of Brunswick, to unscramble the law from the company's practical and managerial perspective. Tian Sun, the Partner from DHH Law Firm will also join us and provide valuable information and share her insights as a senior lawyer. There also will be a Q&A session for our experts to help you better understand the Anti-Foreign Sanction Law.
