As a result, more and more governments across the world are putting efforts to establish clearer regulatory and governance frameworks. China, EU and the US are regions setting very different compliance standards, businesses are now operating in an increasingly complex global AI environment.
The discussion will focus on two themes:

- Cross-Border Investment in the AI Sector - How AI considerations are influencing cross-border transactions and multinational operations.
