Mr. Owen Ma is Vice President, Greater China Government & Public Affairs of Nike. Prior to joining Nike, Owen was GSK Vice President and Head of Communications and Government Affairs of China.

With over 20 years of distinguished career in multinational companies of different industries, Owen has extensive experiences in Corporate Communications and Government Affairs. He has broad working experiences in government relation, public policy, corporate social responsibility, and crisis management. Owen has held senior leadership roles in world-leading multinational companies including Vice President of Cargill Inc., Vice President of General Mills Inc. He used to take charge of Government Affairs in Pepsi Co and Eastman Kodak Company. Prior to joining the multinational companies, Owen worked for ACFSMC (formerly part of Ministry of Commerce) to manage international liaison and cooperation.

Mr. Cen’s practice focuses on antitrust/anti-unfair competition, customs and trade compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. Mr. Cen has rich theoretical and practical experiences in antitrust law and has provided clients with comprehensive legal solutions and opinions with regard to antitrust investigation, litigation, concentration of undertakings, and antitrust compliance. The industries involved include internet, energy, IT, telecommunications, medicine, automobiles, etc.

Mr. Cen has kept track of the legislative dynamics and enforcement trends of antitrust law, and has produced many academic achievements and publications including Report on Competition Law and Policy of China (co-editor, 2010-2022), The Intellectual Property and Antitrust Review: Chapter for China (2016-2022), and the ICC Compendium of Antitrust Damages Actions (member of the drafting group)

Mr. Zhiguo Yu has more than 20 years of experience in the practice of international trade and international investment. He is one of the most senior trade remedy investigators in China and a former official of the Ministry of Commerce, with extensive knowledge and practical experience handling cross-border issues arising from complex international trade and investment cases. Mr. Yu has participated in and presided over approximately one-third of China's anti-dumping, countervailing, and safeguard investigations. By leveraging such seasoned expertise, he significantly contributes to “China's Anti-Dumping Investigation Manual” as editor and co-author . He has also participated in and at times oversees the process of legislation, investigations, and law enforcement in relation to domestic commercial laws, as well as participated in multiple international negotiations and dialogues. As such, he has in-depth understanding and extensive experience in international trade-related matters. In addition, Mr. Yu has represented China in numerous international multilateral and bilateral economic and trade law negotiations and studies, as he is well-versed in trade and investment laws and policies of countries such as the United States and the European Union, and their policies towards China, and also knowledgeable in cross-border trade law enforcement and related legal matters.
