ใ€Overviewใ€‘

In today's unpredictable business climate, resilient leadership isn't just a virtueโ€”it's a competitive edge.

We will discover what resilient leadership looks like in practice. Through case studies, group exercises, and open discussion, you'll learn how to make clear decisions under pressure, hold honest conversations that build trust, and keep your team motivated when the path ahead isn't clear.

The program presents a practical framework for resilience, grounded in the latest research on leadership, psychology, and organizational behavior.

You'll leave with concrete strategies for leading through uncertaintyโ€”whether it's helping your team adapt to new ways of working, encouraging creative approaches to problem solving, or maintaining morale during difficult transitions.

The workshop is led by Cindy Jensen, Founder and CEO of INPOWER ONE, whose hands-on experience with Fortune 500 companies and organizational change brings business insight and storytelling to every session.
