AmCham China Young Professionals Committee is thrilled to launch a new series of NextGen Leadership luncheon events where we invite a senior leader each month to sit down and have lunch with young professionals. These successful leaders will guide you through their career journey and provide some advice on how to succeed in business, and how to succeed in life. This month, the Young Professionals Committee welcomes Mr. Matthias Mohlig, Director, Head of Digital Product Management China atBMW Group.


By attending, you will return with practical tools, new professional connections, and the confidence to contribute strategically to your organization's goal-making, making this event a valuable investment in your company's future leaders.


Space is limited to just 15 motivated young professionals from within the AmCham China community to share resources and best practices for success and career development. Young professionals interested in expanding their network, becoming more involved with AmCham China, and getting to know their peers in the expat business community should register for this informal discussion.


The tickets are limited and preference will be given to AmCham China members and employees of AmCham China member companies.

    Feng Fan (Connie) is the Vice President of Public and Government Affairs of ExxonMobil China where she is responsible for building and growing strategic partnerships with key public stakeholders at both central and local levels, advancing policy advocacy and formulating public affairs strategies, as well as protecting and promoting ExxonMobil’s corporate reputation in the country. Connie brings over 15 years’ experience in the areas of public and government affairs and corporate communication, with diversified portfolio covering consulting firm, international NGO and fortune 500 companies across sectors. Connie holds a Master of Arts degree from the Communication University of China.
