Regarding the challenges currently encountered by foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs) in their participation in government procurement processes in China (including procurement by central government-owned enterprises and state-owned enterprises), we sincerely invite all member enterprises to provide feedback on relevant circumstances. AmCham is currently collecting this information, which will be consolidated and submitted to the Ministry of Finance (MOF). This initiative aims to help enhance the fairness of foreign-invested enterprises' participation in government and SOE procurement. The main topics of this discussion are as follows:

• Feedback and suggestions from member enterprises on the challenges (eg. discriminatory situations) they have encountered in government procurement;
• Key centralized procurement fields and common demands;
• Communication strategies with stakeholders.
