Jun is the Automotive Industry Leader of PwC and based in Beijing office. He is responsible to provide diversified deal advisory and corporate strategy services to MNCs, SOEs, POEs, PEs and government. Jun has over 20 years’ experience in deal and M&A strategy, corporate strategy and transformation, growth strategy, market entry, target search, negotiation support, financial modelling, commercial due diligence and post deal integration in automotive sector covering OEMs, parts & component suppliers and other participants. In addition, he is also in charge of Autofacts in China, which is a PwC global research institute providing automotive industry projection and analysis.

Dr. Jackie Yan is Chief Economist at PwC China, where he leads economics, policy, and strategy research. He provides strategic insights to senior leaders and major clients, and authors PwC’s flagship thought leadership series, China Economic Quarterly. Prior to joining PwC, Dr. Yan was a professor of international business, economics, and strategy at the University of Hong Kong and the National University of Singapore. He is a sought-after speaker at global conferences and serves on the editorial boards of leading journals, including the Journal of International Business Studies, Strategic Management Journal, and Strategic Organization. Dr. Yan holds a PhD from the National University of Singapore and a BA from Fudan University.
