Training Details:
This 5-hour online live training course not only covers the fundamental skills in English writing but also introduces business emailing rules. The trainer will provide all participants with training on the revision of email samples, conduct detailed analyses of and comment on good and poor examples of emails.
There will be interaction during the training through group work, individual feedback available for every participant after each session on a one-on-one basis. Participants are required to complete a pre-training task before the first class and have it prepared for the in-class reflective exercise. This is one of the series of featured training programs introduced by AmCham. Alistair, the trainer, has had years of coordination with major chambers of commerce. His writing course on business emails, highly interactive and operational, has been a proven market success. The design and methodology of the course have both won wide acclaims from past participants.
Who Should Attend: The course is designed for business professionals who has the needs of enhancing skills in writing business emails and understanding the rules of business email writing, and to report to their superiors and head-quarters via concise and accurate emails. This is also a course for junior professionals, mid-level managers as well as professionals having difficulty in English grammar and style of writing.
