Deputy GM at Thinkwell Asia
As Deputy GM of Thinkwell Asia, a themed entertainment experience design company, Adam is engaged in the overall function and growth of the Thinkwell business platform in China and greater Asia-Pacific. He brings more than 15 years of human capital and talent development experience in China across various industries successfully bridging the expatriate talent cross-cultural gap in multi-national and outbound Chinese organizations.

Adam's core functions include full-scope recruitment channel management, employee relations, corporate culture, brand management, talent training & development, career mapping, dismissals and lay-offs, and policy benchmarking & change management. He has previously worked for the Dalian Wanda Group, SK China, FESCO, and Beijing Dentsu.
