Industry 4.0 is the current trend of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies. It includes cyber-physical systems, the Internet of things and cloud computing. Industry 4.0 creates what has been called a "smart factory." Within the modular structured smart factories, cyber-physical systems monitor physical processes, create a virtual copy of the physical world and make decentralized decisions. Over the Internet of Things, cyber-physical systems communicate and cooperate with each other and with humans in real time, and via the Internet of Services, both internal and cross-organizational services are offered and used by participants of the value chain. In this workshop participants will learn about Industry 4.0 and discuss how can enterprise process Industry 4.0.

This training will help participants have a better understanding of Industry 4.0, smart products and smart services as well as digitalization and integration of value chains; learn about the innovative business model examples; develop an implementation road map and identify the main implementation barriers. What's more it provides a platform to share best practice with other participants and experts.

We encourage development managers and all persons interested in this topic who are in upper management level to join us in this workshop, collecting updated information and applying skills into daily work routine.
This course will be conducted in Chinese.
