Next Thursday May 11th, Mr. Jay Hui, brewmaster at the Royal Cellar of Dalian Castle hotel, will guide us through four kinds of home-brewed beer: The Royal Cellar Lager/Helles, Royal Cellar Wheatbeer/Weissbier, Royal Cellar Dark/Dunkles and their holiday special-Maibock.

The night will follow with networking, a buffet, and live music.
