Ms. Julie Broussard is the Country Programme Manager for the UN Women China Office. She is also Chair of the UN Theme Group on Gender, a forum which advocates gender equality in the work of the UN System and wider donor community.
As Head of the UN Women China office, Ms. Broussard oversees a variety of programs addressing gender & corporate social responsibility, gender dimensions of climate change and natural disasters, eliminating gender-based violence, women’s economic participation, and women’s political participation and leadership. Through the UN, she works closely with a variety of government institutions, including several ministries and the All China Women's Federation. Before coming to UN Women, she worked for UNFPA, UNESCO, and the World Bank.
Ms. Broussard received her MPA from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs from Indiana Univeristy and her EdD from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Marja Rislakki is the Ambassador of Finland to China. She was appointed to the post in October 2015 by the President of the Republic of Finland. Prior to this, she served as Finland’s Ambassador of Cyber Security and the Deputy Permanent Representative and Ambassador at Finland’s Permanent Representation to the European Union, with prime responsibility for COREPER I issues, which prepares work for 6 council configurations.
Her other roles include State Secretary to the Minister of Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Employment and the Economy (2013 – 2014), Head of the Unit for North America at the Department for the Americas and Asia, was involved in the preparation of the EU enlargement negotiations at the Permanent EU Representation, has served in Finnish Embassies in Brussels, Madrid and London and has served in numerous posts within the Finnish Ministry of Foreign affairs since 1983, within areas including trade policy and EU affairs.
Ambassador Rislakki was educated at the University of Technology, Helsinki and majored in International Economics and Paper Technology. She speaks 5 languages including Finnish, Spanish, Swedish, English and French. She resides in Beijing with her husband and has three sons.
Finland is famous for its commitments to gender equality. The World Economic Forum’s 2016 Global Gender Gap Report ranks Finland as the second most gender equal country in the world. Ambassador Rislakki has shown strong commitments to women’s issues throughout her career.

Ms Cheng Lei is the anchor for the “Global Business” show on CGTN (China
Global Television Network, rebranded from CCTV-News starting 2017).
Prior to re-joining CCTV in 2013, Lei was the China Correspondent for
CNBC for nine years, based in Shanghai and Singapore.
Lei has interviewed an impressive array of political and business
leaders, including Bill Gates, Jack Ma, and over 100 CEOs of Fortune 500
companies.
Lei’s career in journalism began in Beijing at CCTV's English channel in
2003. She also spent a year in Shandong province on a sino-Australian
logistics joint venture. Lei started out in finance and worked for five
years with Cadbury Schweppes and ExxonMobil in Melbourne. She is a
Certified Practising Accountant, having obtained her Bachelor of Commerce
degree from the University of Queensland, Australia.
Ms Cheng is also an accredited translator between Chinese and English.
Lei was born in China but became an Australian citizen.
Anne Marion-Bouchacourt has been the Chairman of Societe Generale (China) Limited since the Bank’s local incorporation in 2008. She was officially appointed as Group Chief Country Officer for China in July 2012 and was relocated to Beijing in September 2012.
Anne joined Societe Generale in 2004 as Head of Human Resources of Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking (SG CIB). In 2006, she was appointed Head of Group Human Resources.
Anne Marion-Bouchacourt started her career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC). In 1990, she was appointed Director of PWC’s Financial Services Sector. In 1999, she joined Gemini Consulting as Vice-President, Financial Service Global Market Team, and in 2002, she became the Head of Financial Service Global Market Team at Solving International.
Anne Marion-Bouchacourt graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. She is a Chartered accountant and holds a Master's degree in Financial Management on the capital markets from Paris-Dauphine University.
Jiantuo Yu,Director of Research Department I, China Development Research Foundation (CDRF). Before joining CDRF in 2009, he subsequently worked at John-Hopkins Nanjing Center (2001-2005), Center for Human and Economic Development Studies (Peking University) (2005-2007) and UNDP China Country Office (2007-2008), and had been the visiting fellow of OPHI, Oxford University, in 2008. He works in the areas of urbanization and regional development, rural development, poverty and inequality, international development cooperation, public finance, and theory and practice of human development approach.
Mr. Simon Andrews, an Australian national, is currently IFC Country Manager for China, Korea and Mongolia. He joined IFC in 1998 in IFC’s Oil, Gas & Mining Department, where he worked on project financing transactions in Latin America and Bangladesh. He was also a founding member of IFC’s Private Equity & Investment Funds Department, where, as well supporting the establishment of the department, he led transactions in Russia, Africa, Latin America and East Asia. He was the Regional Manager for Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam for five years before taking the current position and Senior Investment Officer in IFC’s Global Manufacturing & Services Department in 2005-2009.
Prior to joining IFC Mr. Andrews worked in corporate banking in Australia with National Australia Bank.
Mr. Andrews holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Business Administration from London Business School.

Susan Liu is the director of replenishment in Walmart China supporting apparel, electronics, home and hardline. She was in Walmart global sourcing origin replenishment team supporting demand planning and fulfillment for US market before join Walmart China. And she used to lead different teams with diversity: replenishment strategy, modular, space planning, pricing and merchandising training team. Susan has a MBA degree from HKUST.
Tony has over 30 years' experience in hotel management which has taken him throughout Europe, Australia & Asia. He has held roles of General Manager, Regional General manager and Area General Manager in the UK and Australia and has worked at an impressive list of hotels, including The Randolph, Oxford UK, Forte Hotels in Europe, Mirvac Hotels and resorts in Australia and InterContinental Hotels and Hilton hotels and resorts in Asia. He opened the award winning InterContinental Danang Resort in Vietnam and The InterContinental Sanya Resort on Hainan Island. He joined Hilton in 2014 as Cluster General Manager of Hilton & Conrad Dalian and his current role sees him over seeing the Hilton Portfolio of hotels in Beijing. Tony was born in Ireland but he also holds Australian citizenship. His wife is here with him in Beijing and his daughter lives in Mumbai and his son lives with his wife and child on the Gold Coast of Australia.
Tony Yu is Director & Head of Procurement for Accenture Operations in Greater China (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan). He leads up Procurement corporate functional team and manages procurement spends across different categories (Contractor, Professional Services, ITT, Workplace, etc.).
Tony has more than fifteen years experiences spanning across different areas of supply chain (logistics, procurement, import/export trade/compliance, etc.). Except for the corporate functional roles, Tony also has rich experiences in the consulting arena, especially in selling/executing large scale Procurement outsourcing deals.
Tony holds his MBA from Penn State University with concentration in Supply Chain Management.
Lucy Zhuang is Great Asia Region Purchasing Director of Intel Global Supply Management Organization. Her team is responsible for supplier sourcing and management for IT service, HR service and Sales Marketing service across PRC / APJ region. Lucy joined Intel in 2002 and has played various roles in procurement operation and commodity sourcing / management. Prior to Intel, she worked for HP/Agilent Technologies, managing direct material planning, purchasing and Logistics functions. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electric Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Mark Duval is the President of Terex China where he is responsible for managing China
Operations, P&L and Joint Ventures for the Fortune 500 Company. Terex China includes a range of Terex businesses including Genie Ariel Work Platforms, Terex Material Handling Solutions, Terex Port Equipment, and Terex Cranes and Utilities.
Mr. Duval was appointed President of the American Chamber of Commerce in the People's Republic of China in May, 2013 and completed his appointment in January, 2016.
As President, Mr. Duval oversaw the management of chamber operations in Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Wuhan, and Shenyang, served as the link between the Board of Governors and staff, led advocacy with United States and Chinese government officials, acted as media spokesman for the American business community in China, and drove engagement and support for over 1000 companies and the 3,800 members of the Chamber.
An American citizen, Mark grew up in Zimbabwe and South Africa before moving to the
United States in 1990. He has been based in China since 1996, where for over 16 years he led in a variety of leadership roles Motorola China corporate strategy, operations and
business development, public policy and government relations, communications and public affairs, crisis management, and go‐to‐market operations.
Mark has a BSc. from the University of KwaZulu‐Natal and an MBA from the University of
Wisconsin‐Milwaukee.
David Fu is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Walmart China. He is responsible for government affairs, internal and external communication, public relations, crisis management, and corporate social responsibility.
David worked for the International Department (Ministry) of the CPC’s Central Committee for 9 years during which he worked at the Hong Kong Branch of Xinhua News Agency from 1989 to 1991. He later worked at Ericsson China as Marketing Manager from 1996 to 1997 and joined Amway China in 1997 and established the company’s External Affairs Department. He was then promoted to Director of External Affairs, responsible for government affairs, community relations, media relations and corporate communications.
David joined Johnson & Johnson Medical China Ltd in 2007. During his time with JJM China, he built the culture and team of external affairs and made significant contributions to the development of the business and brand through systematic and productive government relations activities and marketing campaigns. David was selected for the ‘2013 CBN Innovation 50’ and was awarded the CSR Innovator Prize.
David’s social positions include 9th & 10th Committee Member of All-China Youth Federation, current Vice-chairman of China General Chamber of Commerce, and congress member of China Chain Store & Franchise Association etc.
Ms. Fu Xiaotian joined Phoenix TV in 2009. She was initially
based in London as chief correspondent and bureau chief. Her job then was to produce everyday news, present personal comments on live broadcast programs, and direct documentaries on quarterly basis. In 2011 Ms. Fu journeyed twice to Libya as a
wartime reporter; during which, her courage and interview skills
displayed were highly acknowledged. She was promoted in 2012, and transferred back to the headquarters of Phoenix TV in
Hong Kong. As a senior reporter, she travelled often in the following years to different countries to cover major political news events, such as presidential elections and international summits.
She took over the flagship program Talk With World Leaders in 2014. This is a one on one interview program with world political leaders. In 2015, she conducted 50 interviews with guests from more than 30 countries including former US State Secretary Henry Kissinger (Beijing), Chairman of American Chamber of Commerce in China William Zarit (Beijing), US State Secretary John Kerry (Beijing), former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown (London), Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi (Beijing), and Syrian President Basharal-Assad (Damascus).
Ms. Fu Xiaotian graduated from Churchill College, the University of Cambridge with an MPhil degree. She had previously studied English literature and Economics at Beijing Language and Culture University and Peking University for double bachelor degrees. She now lives in Hong Kong and Beijing. She loves travel, history and ancient literatures.
Albert oversees all business functions of EY Greater China, managing 26 offices and 15,000 employees in the region. He is a pioneer in China investment advisory and has been actively involved in providing business consultation to many multinational companies and numerous Chinese companies.
Albert holds various positions in government and professional bodies. He was appointed as an accounting specialist consultant to the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China.
He has been Advisor to the International Business Leader‘s Advisory Council for the Mayor of Shanghai since 1995. Albert is also Chairman of Supervisory Committee, Shanghai Senior Citizens Foundation. Albert was invited to serve as the Executive Committee representative of the first Shanghai Lujiazui Financial City Council.
Albert is also a member of the Shenzhen Committee of The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He has served as an advisor to various government and industry bodies in Wuxi, Tianjin, Qingdao, Yunnan and Nanjing. He is a board director of Junior Achievement China and the National Fund for Technology Transfer and Commercialization.
In Hong Kong, he is a senior professional advisor of the Hong Kong China Chamber of Commerce. He is an honorary advisor of the Hong Kong Business Accountants Association. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the School of Accountancy, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2013 and 2014, Albert was ranked among Global Accountancy Power 50 by International Accounting Bulletin.
Mr. Wayne Chang (张文正), is the CFO of NBA China. In addition to his current responsibilities in Finance, he is also responsible for the newly created Branded Attractions Business in China. Prior to NBA China, Wayne spent 18 years at General Electric in both the United States and China. From 2001-07, Wayne served as CFO, GE Healthcare, China then as the division’s COO until 2010. As CFO, he oversaw over US$80 million in commercial financing programs to help support growth while managing an 80-person finance staff. AS COO, Mr. Chang was responsible for leading product marketing and operations in China and managed over US$500 million in sales and a team of more than 200 people. Mr. Chang received an honors degree in Economics and Psychology from Indiana University in 1991. His hobbies include playing basketball and tennis.

Li Ye currently is the Vice President of Government Affairs and Policy in Merck Biopharma China. Based in Beijing, she is in charge of government affairs and market access in China.
Li Ye has over 20 years of experience in government affairs & market access in the pharmaceuticals industry. Prior to joining Merck Biopharma, she had worked for Wyeth, Bayer & AstraZeneca in China and Region Asia Pacific and had held many senior positions, the latest one as APAC Market Access Director at AstraZeneca in Singapore from 2010 to 2013. Li Ye returned to China in 2013 and joined Merck.
Li Ye graduated from the University of Westminster in London in 1999 with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She also holds a EMBA degree in Beijing International MBA (BiMBA) from National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University.
Virginia Tan is the co-founder and president of Lean In China, a women's platform with over 80,000 members across more than 25 cities and 50 universities in China, which supports the goals and aspirations of Chinese women. She has spoken at UNICEF, Baidu, General Electric, Bloomberg, the British Council, Facebook, the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, Tsinghua University, Singapore Management University, etc and has been filmed by BBC, Reuters, CCTV and Vice. She co-founded Her Startup in 2015, the first cross border startup competition for women tech entrepreneurs as well as She Loves Tech in 2017, an international conference series focusing on technology by women and technology for women. She is also the founding partner of Teja Ventures, a venture capital fund targeting women-impact early stage ventures in Asia.
Virginia's background is in law and finance, where she was an experienced finance lawyer for more than 8 years specialising on energy, resources and infrastructure sectors in emerging markets, and has worked in Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and South America for 2 magic circle firms. She moved to Beijing in 2013 to work on strategic investments related to the "One Belt One Road" initiative on behalf of Chinese state owned companies and financial institutions.
Lili joined Shell in 2006 as Recruitment Manager for Shell China and Hongkong.
In the past 10 years, she has worked in different HR specialist and generalist roles with a wide range of scopes that expand from Country to regional and global responsibilities covering Supporting Functions, Upstream and Downstream Businesses. Lili has a lot of cross cultural experience in core HR functions and Project management in China and beyond. Lili took the role of China Talent Manager from August 2015 after 3.5 years cross posting in Malaysia/ Netherlands, and now she is Learning Manager for Retail & Leadership, Shell China.
Before Lili joined Shell, she had over 10 years professional HR experience in HP, Microsoft and Motorola etc..
Lili graduated from Jilin University majored in English Literature, and she got her MBA degree in 2001.
Xiaolu first joined Brunswick in Beijing in 2007. After leaving Brunswick in late 2009 she joined Hang Seng Bank (China) in Shanghai where she was responsible for developing and implementing corporate communications plans, building/maintaining media relationships across the country, managing crises and issues, supporting on the development of the bank’s CSR programmes, and advising on employee communications.
After nearly five years at the bank she left to join Samsung Electronics where she worked in the corporate communications team, leading corporate PR as well as the Company’s CSR promotion and product PR for home appliance, B2B, printer and monitor business. She later returned to Brunswick.
Xiaolu started her career at the China Daily where she worked as a journalist and editor for five years.
Sophie Guerin is the Diversity & Inclusion Lead, APJ at Dell Inc responsible for setting and driving Dell’s diversity & inclusion strategy serving over 40,000 team members in 18 countries. In APJ she focuses on delivering on Dell’s promise to team members to create an environment for them to do their best work. This includes the Asia roll out of the Catalyst Men Advocating Real Change initiative and introducing LGBTI inclusion to the region via the launch of Pride LGBTI and Allies ERG.
Currently residing in Hong Kong, she is a recognized expert on diversity & inclusion in Asia and speaks frequently at industry forums on the topic. She is the co-author of a region-wide Community Business study that explores diversity and inclusion in an Asian context, Examining Diversity & Inclusion from an Asian Perspective. .
Prior to joining Dell, Sophie was Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Community Business as well the Beijing-based Greater China Deputy Director for WEConnect International, a Washington D.C. headquartered, corporate driven non-profit that helps to empower women business owners to succeed in global markets.
Sophie is also the Founder of Women in International Public Affairs based in Paris, France. She has a Masters of Public Affairs with a concentration in public policy and economic development from SciencesPo Paris and a Bachelors of Fine Arts from New York University with a double major in East Asian studies and theatre. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Lin has over 20 years’ experience with Fortune 500 companies both in China and the U.S. across the areas of government affairs, IT, supply chain and marketing. Prior to setting up her own consulting, coaching and training business, Lin held the position of senior director of Global Government Affairs at Motorola Solutions China, and was responsible for managing relationship with various government bodies and trade associations for business advocacy. She was also responsible for corporate governance as well as CSR programs in Asia Pacific and Middle East region. Prior to this role, Lin had held multiple senior positions in Motorola including CIO for Asia Pacific.
Lin has served on the board since 2013 and has frequently met with senior officials from both Chinese and U.S. government to advance American businesses’ interests in China.
Em has been based in Beijing for a decade and has been working regionally in Asia since she founded LEAP in 2010. Em is focused on developing female leaders, and works both within organizations to support strategic Diversity and Inclusion projects to attract, retain and advance talent as well as with professional women to be their best selves both in and out of work. She also started Inner Circles, a program to build the capacity of professional women, currently running in several cities around China.
Em has worked with Fortune 500 companies from a range of industries including financial services, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and more. She has been invited as a guest lecturer at several notable universities including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, INSEAD, University of California, and more and was recipient of the Ernst & Young Women in Business Inspiration Leadership Award in 2011.
Em is happily married with three kids. She's famous for her authentic approach to the integration of work and life -- and as a jetsetting mom-baby duo. She stays active whether it's through marathons or as a hobbyist aerobics instructor. She is Canadian.

Prior to NBA China, Wayne spent 18 years at General Electric in both the United States and China. From 2001-07, Wayne served as CFO, GE Healthcare, China then as the division’s COO until 2010. As CFO, he oversaw over US$80 million in commercial financing programs to help support growth while managing an 80-person finance staff. AS COO, Mr. Chang was responsible for leading product marketing and operations in China and managed over US$500 million in sales and a team of more than 200 people. Mr. Chang received an honors degree in Economics and Psychology from Indiana University in 1991. His hobbies include playing basketball and tennis.
Mark Duval is the President of Terex China where he is responsible for managing China
Operations, P&L and Joint Ventures for the Fortune 500 Company. Terex China includes a range of Terex businesses including Genie Ariel Work Platforms, Terex Material Handling Solutions, Terex Port Equipment, and Terex Cranes and Utilities.
Mr. Duval was appointed President of the American Chamber of Commerce in the People's Republic of China in May, 2013 and completed his appointment in January, 2016.
As President, Mr. Duval oversaw the management of chamber operations in Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Wuhan, and Shenyang, served as the link between the Board of Governors and staff, led advocacy with United States and Chinese government officials, acted as media spokesman for the American business community in China, and drove engagement and support for over 1000 companies and the 3,800 members of the Chamber.
An American citizen, Mark grew up in Zimbabwe and South Africa before moving to the
United States in 1990. He has been based in China since 1996, where for over 16 years he led in a variety of leadership roles Motorola China corporate strategy, operations and
business development, public policy and government relations, communications and public affairs, crisis management, and go‐to‐market operations.
Mark has a BSc. from the University of KwaZulu‐Natal and an MBA from the University of
Wisconsin‐Milwaukee.
David Fu is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Walmart China. He is responsible for government affairs, internal and external communication, public relations, crisis management, and corporate social responsibility.
David worked for the International Department (Ministry) of the CPC’s Central Committee for 9 years during which he worked at the Hong Kong Branch of Xinhua News Agency from 1989 to 1991. He later worked at Ericsson China as Marketing Manager from 1996 to 1997 and joined Amway China in 1997 and established the company’s External Affairs Department. He was then promoted to Director of External Affairs, responsible for government affairs, community relations, media relations and corporate communications.
David joined Johnson & Johnson Medical China Ltd in 2007. During his time with JJM China, he built the culture and team of external affairs and made significant contributions to the development of the business and brand through systematic and productive government relations activities and marketing campaigns. David was selected for the ‘2013 CBN Innovation 50’ and was awarded the CSR Innovator Prize.
David’s social positions include 9th & 10th Committee Member of All-China Youth Federation, current Vice-chairman of China General Chamber of Commerce, and congress member of China Chain Store & Franchise Association etc.
Ms. Fu Xiaotian joined Phoenix TV in 2009. She was initially
based in London as chief correspondent and bureau chief. Her job then was to produce everyday news, present personal comments on live broadcast programs, and direct documentaries on quarterly basis. In 2011 Ms. Fu journeyed twice to Libya as a
wartime reporter; during which, her courage and interview skills
displayed were highly acknowledged. She was promoted in 2012, and transferred back to the headquarters of Phoenix TV in
Hong Kong. As a senior reporter, she travelled often in the following years to different countries to cover major political news events, such as presidential elections and international summits.
She took over the flagship program Talk With World Leaders in 2014. This is a one on one interview program with world political leaders. In 2015, she conducted 50 interviews with guests from more than 30 countries including former US State Secretary Henry Kissinger (Beijing), Chairman of American Chamber of Commerce in China William Zarit (Beijing), US State Secretary John Kerry (Beijing), former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown (London), Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi (Beijing), and Syrian President Basharal-Assad (Damascus).
Ms. Fu Xiaotian graduated from Churchill College, the University of Cambridge with an MPhil degree. She had previously studied English literature and Economics at Beijing Language and Culture University and Peking University for double bachelor degrees. She now lives in Hong Kong and Beijing. She loves travel, history and ancient literatures.
Lin has over 20 years’ experience with Fortune 500 companies both in China and the U.S. across the areas of government affairs, IT, supply chain and marketing. Prior to setting up her own consulting, coaching and training business, Lin held the position of senior director of Global Government Affairs at Motorola Solutions China, and was responsible for managing relationship with various government bodies and trade associations for business advocacy. She was also responsible for corporate governance as well as CSR programs in Asia Pacific and Middle East region. Prior to this role, Lin had held multiple senior positions in Motorola including CIO for Asia Pacific.
Lin has served on the board since 2013 and has frequently met with senior officials from both Chinese and U.S. government to advance American businesses’ interests in China.
Sophie Guerin is the Diversity & Inclusion Lead, APJ at Dell Inc responsible for setting and driving Dell’s diversity & inclusion strategy serving over 40,000 team members in 18 countries. In APJ she focuses on delivering on Dell’s promise to team members to create an environment for them to do their best work. This includes the Asia roll out of the Catalyst Men Advocating Real Change initiative and introducing LGBTI inclusion to the region via the launch of Pride LGBTI and Allies ERG.
Currently residing in Hong Kong, she is a recognized expert on diversity & inclusion in Asia and speaks frequently at industry forums on the topic. She is the co-author of a region-wide Community Business study that explores diversity and inclusion in an Asian context, Examining Diversity & Inclusion from an Asian Perspective. .
Prior to joining Dell, Sophie was Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Community Business as well the Beijing-based Greater China Deputy Director for WEConnect International, a Washington D.C. headquartered, corporate driven non-profit that helps to empower women business owners to succeed in global markets.
Sophie is also the Founder of Women in International Public Affairs based in Paris, France. She has a Masters of Public Affairs with a concentration in public policy and economic development from SciencesPo Paris and a Bachelors of Fine Arts from New York University with a double major in East Asian studies and theatre. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Sharif Khan is the HR General Manager for Microsoft, Great China Region. Previously, he was HR Director for Middle East Africa, Microsoft Canada and prior to that Senior HR Manager in the EMEA region. He joined Microsoft Corp. in 1998 as Human Resources Manager for the Gulf.
Mr Khan has lived and worked in four continents. He brings in-depth knowledge of international HR practices to his current role where he is responsible for developing and implementing a business aligned people strategy across Microsoft China. In partnership with his colleagues on the executive team, he ensures Microsoft China continues to be an employer of choice by creating the right environment to attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry.
Prior to working at Microsoft, Mr Khan worked as an HR professional with the HSBC as well as other financial services and retail organizations. Ms Cheng Lei is the anchor for the “Global Business” show on CGTN (China
Global Television Network, rebranded from CCTV-News starting 2017).
Prior to re-joining CCTV in 2013, Lei was the China Correspondent for
CNBC for nine years, based in Shanghai and Singapore.
Lei has interviewed an impressive array of political and business
leaders, including Bill Gates, Jack Ma, and over 100 CEOs of Fortune 500
companies.
Lei’s career in journalism began in Beijing at CCTV's English channel in
2003. She also spent a year in Shandong province on a sino-Australian
logistics joint venture. Lei started out in finance and worked for five
years with Cadbury Schweppes and ExxonMobil in Melbourne. She is a
Certified Practising Accountant, having obtained her Bachelor of Commerce
degree from the University of Queensland, Australia.
Ms Cheng is also an accredited translator between Chinese and English.
Lei was born in China but became an Australian citizen.
Li Ye currently is the Vice President of Government Affairs and Policy in Merck Biopharma China. Based in Beijing, she is in charge of government affairs and market access in China.
Li Ye has over 20 years of experience in government affairs & market access in the pharmaceuticals industry. Prior to joining Merck Biopharma, she had worked for Wyeth, Bayer & AstraZeneca in China and Region Asia Pacific and had held many senior positions, the latest one as APAC Market Access Director at AstraZeneca in Singapore from 2010 to 2013. Li Ye returned to China in 2013 and joined Merck.
Li Ye graduated from the University of Westminster in London in 1999 with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She also holds a EMBA degree in Beijing International MBA (BiMBA) from National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University.
Susan Liu is the director of replenishment in Walmart China supporting apparel, electronics, home and hardline. She was in Walmart global sourcing origin replenishment team supporting demand planning and fulfillment for US market before join Walmart China. And she used to lead different teams with diversity: replenishment strategy, modular, space planning, pricing and merchandising training team. Susan has a MBA degree from HKUST.
Anne Marion-Bouchacourt has been the Chairman of Societe Generale (China) Limited since the Bank’s local incorporation in 2008. She was officially appointed as Group Chief Country Officer for China in July 2012 and was relocated to Beijing in September 2012.
Anne joined Societe Generale in 2004 as Head of Human Resources of Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking (SG CIB). In 2006, she was appointed Head of Group Human Resources.
Anne Marion-Bouchacourt started her career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC). In 1990, she was appointed Director of PWC’s Financial Services Sector. In 1999, she joined Gemini Consulting as Vice-President, Financial Service Global Market Team, and in 2002, she became the Head of Financial Service Global Market Team at Solving International.
Anne Marion-Bouchacourt graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. She is a Chartered accountant and holds a Master's degree in Financial Management on the capital markets from Paris-Dauphine University.
Tony has over 30 years' experience in hotel management which has taken him throughout Europe, Australia & Asia. He has held roles of General Manager, Regional General manager and Area General Manager in the UK and Australia and has worked at an impressive list of hotels, including The Randolph, Oxford UK, Forte Hotels in Europe, Mirvac Hotels and resorts in Australia and InterContinental Hotels and Hilton hotels and resorts in Asia. He opened the award winning InterContinental Danang Resort in Vietnam and The InterContinental Sanya Resort on Hainan Island. He joined Hilton in 2014 as Cluster General Manager of Hilton & Conrad Dalian and his current role sees him over seeing the Hilton Portfolio of hotels in Beijing. Tony was born in Ireland but he also holds Australian citizenship. His wife is here with him in Beijing and his daughter lives in Mumbai and his son lives with his wife and child on the Gold Coast of Australia.

Albert holds various positions in government and professional bodies. He was appointed as an accounting specialist consultant to the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China.
He has been Advisor to the International Business Leader‘s Advisory Council for the Mayor of Shanghai since 1995. Albert is also Chairman of Supervisory Committee, Shanghai Senior Citizens Foundation. Albert was invited to serve as the Executive Committee representative of the first Shanghai Lujiazui Financial City Council.
Albert is also a member of the Shenzhen Committee of The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). In 2013 and 2014, Albert was ranked among Global Accountancy Power 50 by International Accounting Bulletin.
Marja Rislakki is the Ambassador of Finland to China. She was appointed to the post in October 2015 by the President of the Republic of Finland. Prior to this, she served as Finland’s Ambassador of Cyber Security and the Deputy Permanent Representative and Ambassador at Finland’s Permanent Representation to the European Union, with prime responsibility for COREPER I issues, which prepares work for 6 council configurations.
Her other roles include State Secretary to the Minister of Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Employment and the Economy (2013 – 2014), Head of the Unit for North America at the Department for the Americas and Asia, was involved in the preparation of the EU enlargement negotiations at the Permanent EU Representation, has served in Finnish Embassies in Brussels, Madrid and London and has served in numerous posts within the Finnish Ministry of Foreign affairs since 1983, within areas including trade policy and EU affairs.
Ambassador Rislakki was educated at the University of Technology, Helsinki and majored in International Economics and Paper Technology. She speaks 5 languages including Finnish, Spanish, Swedish, English and French. She resides in Beijing with her husband and has three sons.

Virginia Tan is the co-founder and president of Lean In China, a women's platform with over 80,000 members across more than 25 cities and 50 universities in China, which supports the goals and aspirations of Chinese women. She has spoken at UNICEF, Baidu, General Electric, Bloomberg, the British Council, Facebook, the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, Tsinghua University, Singapore Management University, etc and has been filmed by BBC, Reuters, CCTV and Vice. She co-founded Her Startup in 2015, the first cross border startup competition for women tech entrepreneurs as well as She Loves Tech in 2017, an international conference series focusing on technology by women and technology for women. Virginia's background is in law and finance, where she was an experienced finance lawyer for more than 8 years specialising on energy, resources and infrastructure sectors in emerging markets, and has worked in Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and South America for 2 magic circle firms. She moved to Beijing in 2013 to work on strategic investments related to the "One Belt One Road" initiative on behalf of Chinese state owned companies and financial institutions.
Ms. Frances Yu is the Chief Marketing Officer of Amway GCR, overseeing Marketing, Integrated Communication, and Public Affairs in the Greater China Region.
Ms. Yu joined Amway China in 2000, and became the Vice President of Public Affairs in 2008. With her advocacy, Amway Charity Foundation was established in 2011 and Ms. Yu has served as its Director-General. Ms. Yu was promoted to CMO of Amway Greater China Region in July 2014.

Jiantuo Yu,Director of Research Department I, China Development Research Foundation (CDRF). Lili joined Shell in 2006 as Recruitment Manager for Shell China and Hongkong.

Lili has a lot of cross cultural experience in core HR functions and Project management in China and beyond. Tracy has over 18 years tax advisory experience in financial service industry. Tracy is the leader of FS tax team in KPMG Beijing, specializing in banking, insurance, real estate funds and leasing.
Tracy has helped a number of leading financial institutions establish or expand their presence and operations in China. She has led a number of advisory projects providing advice to the foreign investors on their equity holding structure, operation structuring and divestment strategy with respect to the business in China
Tracy is a national leader of Tax Risk Control practice. She has been seconded to KPMG Holland to study the Dutch Horizontal Monitoring System and has extensive knowledge of the tax risk control framework in many countries. She has led the professional team and assisted a number of state owned enterprises to establish or improve the tax risk control system.
Xiaolu first joined Brunswick in Beijing in 2007. After leaving Brunswick in late 2009 she joined Hang Seng Bank (China) in Shanghai where she was responsible for developing and implementing corporate communications plans, building/maintaining media relationships across the country, managing crises and issues, supporting on the development of the bank’s CSR programmes, and advising on employee communications.
After nearly five years at the bank she left to join Samsung Electronics where she worked in the corporate communications team, leading corporate PR as well as the Company’s CSR promotion and product PR for home appliance, B2B, printer and monitor business. She later returned to Brunswick.
Xiaolu started her career at the China Daily where she worked as a journalist and editor for five years.
Lucy Zhuang is Great Asia Region Purchasing Director of Intel Global Supply Management Organization. Her team is responsible for supplier sourcing and management for IT service, HR service and Sales Marketing service across PRC / APJ region. Lucy joined Intel in 2002 and has played various roles in procurement operation and commodity sourcing / management. Prior to Intel, she worked for HP/Agilent Technologies, managing direct material planning, purchasing and Logistics functions.
