AmCham Northeast China Chapter, in cooperation with the German Chamber, the Netherlands Business Support Office Dalian, European Chamber, and International Club of Dalian, welcome you to an informative and practical briefing on business tax to VAT transition in China.
One of the most significant changes in taxation 2016 is the expedition of business tax to VAT transition (‘B2V‘). Premier Li Keqiang highlighted B2V in his 2016 government work report - real estate, finance, construction, and service industry will all be included in the transition. These changes will deeply impact both upstream and downstream business of the four above mentioned industries.
This seminar will be hosted by tax experts from Price Waterhouse Coopers, and aims to give an overview of practice and impact of B2V so that foreign decision makers can be prepared to embrace the changes and choose the most economical way of running a business in China.
