The AmCham China Business Climate Survey is one of the most-studied reports for the Chinese and American governments to understand the challenges foreign companies face when operating in China, as well as one of the most essential planning tools for American companies. This year, to share the report with our Northeast members and the public, we will hold an official release event at The Castle Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel in Dalian, on Thursday, March 9th.

This is the 19th year that AmCham China has surveyed its members on the business environment in China, and the third year it has partnered with Bain & Company for data collection and in-depth analysis. This year’s survey has generated a record response rate, and the final report analyzed 462 responses out of 849 member companies.

The report highlights member companies’ concerns regarding China’s changing regulatory and policy environment, their perceptions of the ongoing reforms, as well as expectations and predictions for the upcoming year. We look forward to sharing the results and celebrating the release of the report with the business community.

After the release, we invite you to join the first networking night of the year, so as to discuss the results with other members of the business community.
