Leadership and Management: Influencing Skills to Improve Cooperation and Productivity in Teamwork (1.5-hour demo class)
Strengthen leaders’ abilities to motivate team members and effectively achieve goals.
This course will be conducted in Chinese.
When was the last time you thought about how you influence others: how you change minds, shape opinions, move others to act? The ability to influence is one of the essential skills for leaders at all levels. It’s more art than science, and it can be tough to get your arms around. But the bottom line is that influence matters.
Influence skills have challenged leadership, because leaders cannot find systematic approaches to motivate employees or balance conflicts among different departments:
Colleagues from different departments are NEVER available to help
Initiatives from your team are met by opposition from other departments
As a manager, you do not have effective approaches to boost your employees' performance
The approach, Influence Skills, has been design and developed by Mr Mingwei Wang , bestselling management writer and trainer, with years of knowledge and experience to help participants review their past negative results and find problems. Furthermore, this training will show all participants a systematic approach to be clearly aware of their strengths and weaknesses in management, and then effectively manage the workflow, build teams, and lead team members to fully participate in projects.
The course will include:
Professional videos to help you better understand how to implement these strategies in your workplace;
An active learning environment that engages everyone, making the learning process more memorable and enjoyable;
Opportunities to practice using these strategies in real business situations in the classroom before using them in the workplace.
The program:
Evaluation: How is your ability to influence colleagues at work?
Influence Model: Developing your “Influence Skill at Work”
Set Direction: How to find the best way to implement your “Influence” at work
Key Points: Identifying key points that make or break success among your peers
Target audiences:
