The Media & Entertainment Forum welcomes Wang Yi, Founder of Media Caravan, former Head of Production for Sohu, as the key speaker for an exclusive lunchtime presentation. Wang Yi will discuss the following:

• Experience helming imported formats while at Sohu;
• Preferred structures for working with international partners on new productions in China.

Wang Yi has previously held positions as the Director of International Business of Sohu Video and later the company’s Head of Production. Wang Yi has acquired a number of formats into China, including Amazing Race, Lip Sync Battle, What If, etc. After executive producing a number of shows including both non-scripted and scripted in China, Wang Yi has now founded his own Beijing-based production company, Media Caravan.

The session will be moderated by AmCham Media Forum Co-Chair Kristian Kender.
