Modern enterprises have made clear the importance of project management: to better understand the client's needs and provide products and services more efficiently. Rapid market responses require companies to have an efficient management, therefore professional project management has become irreplaceable in today's global arena. This training program will enable participants to apply a series of practical tools to real-life work situations. These will be supported by the core techniques and methods of project management through a mixture of learning, discussion and exercise.

This 2-day training program aims to help participants:

You must register in advance. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Attendees need to pay by Jul 11, 2016. Limited spots are available and attendance is given on a first-come, first-served basis.
