AmCham China, Tianjin has launched a new series for HR professionals to meet on a quarterly basis. Following the very successful kick-off event in April, we will have our second event at the Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel on the afternoon of June 15.
Talent turnover is becoming a major challenge for Chinese companies. Certainly, our society benefits from the flexibility this brings to the work force, and labor laws protect the employees’ rights to resign. And while this rarely creates disputes, resignations can still cause problems. During this afternoon session, Chen Yi Law Firm Lawyer Ms. Yang Ling will introduce some case studies about employees’ resignations that could create legal issues. As well as sharing her legal experiences and ideas during this afternoon session, Ms. Yang will also give legal opinions on participants’ questions on the spot.
This series aims to offer HR professionals some specialist knowledge to help them in their work. We welcome all suggestions and feedback to keep improving the series, and we hope to see you there!
