AmCham China, Tianjin is launching a new event series for HR professionals to meet and greet on a quarterly basis.
To kick off this series, we will have an afternoon gathering at Tangla Hotel Tianjin on April 8 with guest speaker Ms. Ling Yang, Partner and Lawyer at ChenYi Law Firm. Ms. Yang will talk about the problems in our daily work that look like simple but can become the sources of legal disputes, such as establishing labor relations, employee performance and employment termination. Additionally, Ms. Yang will share her experience about how to lay off employees legally, as well as the legal issues around non-compete clauses. She will also give legal opinions to participants’ questions on the spot.
We welcome all suggestions and feedback as we continue developing this series.
