Dennis Unkovic is a partner with the law firm of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP. He advises companies and individuals on their international activities, including inbound and outbound investment projects, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial transactions. He has traveled to over 50 countries over the last thirty years, with significant involvement throughout Asia, particularly in the Peoples Republic of China, Japan and Southeast Asia.

Unkovic is frequently invited to brief business executives, trade associations, and government and academic leaders on international and commercial issues. He has authored seven books, edited and contributed to five other books, and written over 175 articles for domestic and international publications on business-related topics. The Art of Investing in America: Secrets to Success (Metallurgical Industry Press, Beijing, 2009), was published in both English and Chinese. His most recent book is Understanding Asia: Winning Strategies for Business Success.

Unkovic serves as the Chairman of the Board of Meritas®, an international network of law firms comprised of 7,000 lawyers in 224 cities around the world.

A graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of Pittsburgh, Unkovic is affiliated with numerous professional organizations and has been selected for inclusion in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White) since 2001.

KY Ge, as Marketing Director for Rosetta Stone Greater China, is originally from Taiwan and worked in China over 10 years. KY has over 15 years in marketing and management roles in Taiwanese and multi-national companies. He started his Chinese business in IT retail and worked in online education (language e-learning) industry in past 8 years.
