Having personnel prepared to give even the most basic first aid treatment in time of an emergency can save a life. Even in a situation where a life is not at risk, a working knowledge of first aid techniques can limit injuries sustained by a victim. 拥有基本急救知识，在危急时刻即使提供最基本的急救亦可挽救生命。即使在生命并未处于危险的情况下，掌握紧急救助方面的知识可以使患者受到最小化伤害。
This course covers a wide variety of injuries and conditions which will enable even the most inexperienced person to provide victims with immediate preliminary aid, especially CPR for adults & children. You will also learn basic first aid for severe bleeding and burns, diabetes, seizures and stroke, or any topic that you might be interested in. The course will be provided by an AHA (American Heart Association) certified instructor. 本课程所覆盖的一系列受伤和多种状况，将使即便没有任何救助经验的人员能够直接对伤者进行初级紧急救助。尤其是掌握心肺复苏术。除此之外，您还将学习到如何处理严重出血，癫痫发作及卒中等。在培训过程中，我们还将针对您在紧急救护方面任何感兴趣的话题进行讨论。本课程由获得完全认证的培训师进行培训。

- Define “first aid” and the role of the first aider in the delivery of Primary Care 讲解“急救”的定义以及急救技术在初级救助中的作用。
- Understand the function of the Respiratory System and Circulatory System了解呼吸系统和血液循环系统的基本功能
- Priorities: systematic assessment of the situation 首要任务: 对环境进行系统性评估
- Recognize the need for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and study to perform emergency life support techniques. 认识心脏复苏术（CPR）的需要，并学习如何施用紧急生命支持技术。
- Recognition and management of bleeding 对于出血的识别和处理
- Recognize and manage unconsciousness 识别并处理昏迷的患者
- Symptoms and signs of Febrile & Seizure; How to determine if any medical intervention is needed or not according to the age and the suggestion of medication高热惊厥的症状和体征，依据年龄判断是否需要专业医疗介入及用药建议
- Assess the situation of chocking; What you should or shouldn’t do, and case study 气道梗阻状况评估, 必要与不必要的处理及案例分析
- Situation assessment and case study of head trauma and how to handle the head trauma with first aid skills 头部外伤的状况评估及案例分析，以及如何进行急救措施:

Due to the high level of practical skills training, students are requested to wear suitable
clothing and footwear. Casual trousers or jeans are recommended.
