    Co-Chair of Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain and Customs Committee; Director of Production Integration at Boeing

    Craig Abler was named to lead the Supply Chain Asia team effective August 14, 2020. In this role, his primary responsibility is developing and executing company-level strategies for Asia. This includes identifying new market opportunities, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting production.

    Previously, Craig served as the Director of Manufacturing Strategy & Standards in Enterprise Manufacturing & Supplier Performance responsible for integrating manufacturing strategies, standards, and priorities across the enterprise.

    Beginning his Boeing career in 2006 in what is now BR&T, Craig has served in international and domestic roles of increasing responsibility, to include:
    • 787 Engineering
    • Supplier Management Field Operations
    • BCA Fabrication and Airplane Program Quality
    • BCA Fabrication Manufacturing Business Unit Leadership

    Craig is a US Army Veteran who served as a Signal Corps Officer. He held various positions including Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, Battalion Staff Officer; and participated
    in the Kosovo Defense Campaign. Craig is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with degrees in
    management, materials science, and electrical engineering.

    David Song, Cummins China Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation Director, leads its China supply chain strategy and digital transformation initiatives in Industry 4.0 space. He also served multiple roles in business planning, finance and shared service operations in China, Japan and Korea. Prior to Cummins, he worked for other multinational companies in the US and Canada.

    Helen is the Partner of PwC's Worldtrade Management Service (WMS) practice, currently working in BJ office, China.

    Before joining PwC in 2020, Helen worked in another big 4 firm for around ten years, and she became the Tax Director/Partner from 2014. Before that, Helen had worked for China Customs for over ten years.

    When working in the Customs authority, Helen has led training programs for domestic Customs officials, taken participated in the drafting and revision of many customs laws and regulation, and dealt with major audit cases. Moreover, Helen was often sent officially by GAC to attend international forums and training sessions to share with other professionals and WCO experts her profound insights on post-clearance-audit, price valuation, risk management and Customs Management.

    In the last 10 years, Helen has led a wide range of customs projects serving a large client base including foreign enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private companies, covering industries of automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics, chemical, energy and telecommunication and so on. Helen’s value on providing professional services is to maintain long-term relationship with clients, therefore, she spares no efforts on continuously delivering her professional insights and assisting clients to understand the future policy trend as well as make plan for future.

    Helen has provided clients with practical solutions and visionary advices on World Trade/Customs affairs such as valuation, classification, country of origin, processing trade, internal system, supply chain management, and related transactions. Her strong cooperation ability, excellent communication skills, and great vision assisting in saving potential costs for clients and dealing with emerging problems are great treasures for the clients.

    Helen is well known for her insights on World Trade/Customs services and Customs related laws & regulations. Therefore, after leaving the Customs system, she is still invited for some legislative programs. In addition, she has been invited to attend seminars and activities over the country.

    In her 15 years of public accounting experience, Lucia has been specialized in US tax consulting and compliance, servicing both Fortune 500 and middle-market clients, as well as high-net-worth individuals. Lucia has spent great amount of time advising Chinese companies and individuals on the tax issues with relate to their investments in the U.S., including, but not limited to, investment structures, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, repatriations, ongoing compliance and existing strategies. Lucia's working tax knowledge covers a variety of industries including private equity funds, real estates, insurance, manufacture, distribution and high-­tech.

    Lucia is a Certified Public Accountant in California, U.S. and a member of the AICPA and CalCPA.

    Lucia earned her MBA degree with a concertation in accounting and finance from The University of Arizona.
