With more a competitive market, reducing cost and increasing efficiency has become an important strategy for all companies. However, engineers with non-financial background often underestimate the importance of cost management while only focusing on technology & engineering. Therefore, it is crucial to improve engineers' cost management awareness and financial acumen, for them to better align with corporate's financial strategy.
On December 3rd, we are delighted to invite Sami Li, a lecturer in finance from Link Consulting, to deliver a basic financial training for engineering and technical personnel. The case analysis and exercises in this course are both customized according to the working scenarios of engineers, aiming to help them master basic financial knowledge, establish financial and cost control mindset, through financial statements, DuPont financial analysis system and enterprise cost management.
