We invite you to participate in an exclusive trip to Changsha, Hunan Province, featuring a series of meetings and events over two days on September 8-9.

This trip is designed to offer members a deeper insight into the local economy and policy development of Hunan Province and Changsha City, while also exploring potential business and investment opportunities.



Highlights of the trip:

• Exclusive meeting with Hunan Provincial Government leaders. (Given the prestigious nature of the conference, there are specific eligibility criteria for participants. The local government's review will determine the final name list.)
• Exclusive meeting with Changsha Municipal Government leaders.
• Roundtable with US Ambassador Burns and Wuhan US Consul General
• One onsite field visit in Changsha (Details to be confirmed)

Registration Deadline: Noon, August 30, Friday. Registrations will be granted on a first-come-first-serve basis. We recommended that companies send at least one senior-level representative (e.g., VP or above), which will be helpful for scheduling senior official engagements.

Important Notice:

• The trip itinerary is subject to change based on officials' availability, weather, and other potential factors, attendees are suggested to maintain some flexibility in itinerary.
• Each member company can register three people at most.
• Registration fees include meeting arrangements and local accommodation and don't include the transportation cost from other cities to Changsha.
• Payment should be made at least 5 working days before the trip to secure your spot.
• No refund will be given for any cancellation notice made after 5 pm on Friday, Sep 4, 2024.
