AmCham China Tianjin, in collaboration with the top domestic university scholars and industry experts, is thrilled to introduce the launch of this program tailored for middle-level (or above) managers. This program aims to boost their management skills and leadership qualities by providing a comprehensive overview of topics such as Macroeconomics, Strategic Planning and Decision Making, Global Business Trends, Investment Strategies, Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing, HR and Finance Management.

This intensive 8-month program welcomes applications from qualified professionals across various industries and experience levels. It features 8 full-day in-person sessions at campuses in Tianjin universities, along with 4-6 optional workshops, factory tours, and other engaging activities related to the course material.

Highlights of the program:

Expert Faculty: the 8 sessions are facilitated by esteemed senior professors with extensive teaching backgrounds and practical expertise from renowned institutions like Tianjin University and Nankai University. Participants will benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience these experts bring to the program.

Program agenda:

The program mandates attendance at one 8-hour session per month, commencing in September 2024 and concluding in June 2025. To enrich networking opportunities, social activities, and alumni events are seamlessly integrated into the program. Below are the topics covered along with tentative dates.

Participants are expected to attend all sessions in person. Program participants must attend six out of eight sessions to graduate.
