    huangjuan is based at the Beijing Office of Haiwen & Partners and her practice focuses on M&A, securities and asset management. Shuangjuan regularly advises both international and domestic financial and asset management institutions on transactions, products design, China franchise and regulatory & compliance matters. Shuangjuan joined Haiwen in 2012 and before that she worked with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

    Shuangjuan holds a Bachelor Degree and a Master Degree from Peking University (PKU) Law School, and also received an LLM Degree from New York University.

    Ms Wei co-authored the China chapter of The Asset Management Review, Second Edition, published by The Law Business Research.

    Lina Wong commenced working in the Australian Treasury in 2009. She holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Sydney and has completed postgraduate studies in economics at Monash University. She is currently completing an Executive Masters of Public Administration from the Australian and New Zealand School of Government.
    Since joining the Australian Embassy last year, Lina has focussed on foreign investment issues, Australia and China’s engagement in APEC and G20, and monitoring China’s macroeconomic developments.
    In Treasury Lina has worked in a number of roles including advising on domestic policies such as the age pension and housing issues, preparing the Federal Budget and implementing the department’s international engagement strategy.
    Prior to joining Treasury in 2009, Lina also worked in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and in state government, including the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet.
