Now, more than US$1 billion of goods and services flow between the U.S and China on a daily basis. The two-way investment has soared from a near-zero figure in 1972 to over US$100 billion last year. In particular, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have exhibited robust and steady growth worldwide, with a momentum of continuous expansion.

As the largest nonprofit organization representing Chinese enterprises in the States, the China General Chamber of Commerce works diligently to construct a platform for information sharing among companies in relevant areas. The China-U.S. Governors Dialogue and SME Forum aims to gather companies and government officials from both countries with a purpose of discussing current market trends and seeking cooperating potentials.
