Dalian North Yellow Sea Economic Development Zone is a brand-new economic development zone, founded on the basis of the integration of the former North Yellow Sea Economic Zone and Huayuankou Economic Zone, guided by Dalian Municipal government's decision to deepen the industry park innovation.
