Every company operating in China deals with IP issues. While some employees are experts in this field, others only have a basic grasp of IPR in China. For this group, the IPR Forum is holding a panel to give those with general knowledge more insight into IPR issues. The panel will discuss recent legislative developments and some of the more important issues facing American business in relation to IPR protection.
Panelists include Mathew Alderson (Harris and Moure), Iris Chao (Johnson & Johnson) and He Jing (AnJie Law Firm), who will draw on their expertise and experiences to discuss issues involving patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
